I am interested in this as well.
What do you use for scheduling as needed tutor appointments? Do you have an online system for providing information about SI and the group information (i.e. class, leader, room number, day/time, Zoom link)?
Thank you!

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Tracking attendance
Hi, colleagues.
I am looking for recommendations of products to help us keep track and produce reports of attendance to SI sessions and other events. My office is a 1-person operation, so I'd love something that simple to set up and to keep up, and that allows for production of good reports related to usage, trends over time, etc.
Our University's tutoring center uses Accudemia, so that is one product I need to consider. Any feedback about Accudemia and how it might compare to other products will be appreciated.
In kindness,
Janielle

Hello Chris,
You could look at Tutor Trak. Check out its features and see if it works for you. It is not free.

Hello Janielle,
In addition to checking to learn of Tutor Trak fits for you there might be another option.
I worked at one university that used the HR payroll portal they use for support staff (ADP payroll time clock). All universities have a payroll system set up already for hourly employees and once the students are entered in the system they can log in and out of each session. The SI supervisor checks the time at the end of the payroll period and signs off on the time. Payroll is automatically calculated with automatic deposit to the employees bank account. The hardest task is entering new students and deleting those that are no longer employed each semester.

There was a time not so long ago (maybe two years) when the security people with our IT division would not allow use of this platform on campus due to security liabilities. That said, I’m not an IT guy; you may want to have someone who is check it out first.
Warmest regards,
