I am curious if anyone has an informal or formal dress code for your SI leaders/tutors and can you share it with me?

I did not have a strict dress code, but I did have one. What I use currently has been amended for the tutoring center I am running now (bootstrapping SI coverage but mostly tutoring at the moment):

Please maintain neatness, cleanliness, and safety in your attire choices. Wear whatever clothes you think best represents your personal style and is consistent with being a role model to other students. We value personal expression and diversity. If a complaint is made about your attire we will work with you to address the issue in a fair, respectful, and equitable manner.
