New shyft packages (shyft, and the shyft.time_series) is now available from channel shyft-os

Hi,

Just to notify all, 

channel sigbjorn is now replaced with channel shyft-os on anaconda.org, I will keep the old packages in place for a while.

Also note that we have moved from github to the excellent gitlab.com, allowing us to provide much more efficient package production, also for branches and variants that need to live for a while before becoming integrated into the master branch.

We now produce conda packages for python 3.6, 3.7, using numpy 1.16, both for linux, and windows.
