Hope you are enjoying few rehearsal free weekends. But, I know deep in your mind, you are actually missing the delightful singing, playing instrument & above all the fun & excitement. Anyway, we need to catch up for a yearly planning session very soon. 

I am proposing a meeting on the 15th of October.  Adila & Abrar want us to warm their newly built house as the meeting venue.

Proposed agenda for the meeting:

         * Last program analysis 

         * Brain storm to increase our audience

         * Brain storm to increase our fund

         * Future program(s) planning
