Dear all, 

As you all know that next week is our program. If we all follow the below callsheet that would be great to achieve a successful program. 

12:45pm - Abrar, Shahid Bhai, Sangeeta, Kishor, Indraneel, Mukti, Brojen Da, Aydin

                  Responsibility : Stage, Decoration, Lighting setup, Projecting Setup

2:00pm - Sound technician

                 Responsibility : Sound setup (mic, stand & speakers)

2:45pm - Musicians 

                Responsibility : Bring their instruments to stage

3:00pm - Performers

                Responsibility : Dress up & drink warm water/tea for microphone testing

3:30pm - Microphone testing

                Responsibility : Testing instruments and voice

5:10pm - Testing completes and Door opens for audience

5:30pm - Program commence

                

During the program responsibilities

Abrar: to organise door management before the show starts 

           to co-ordinate with lighting & sound guys for an on time start.

           to co-ordinate stage management 

Indraneel / Brojec Da : to follow the lighting projections as per run sheet 

Aydin / Sangeeta : to project the background video as per run sheet

Kishor : to record video 

Nijush Da: to setup the tea / biscuit
