FUNDRAISING UPDATE

Just a quick update on where we are with fundraising things:
JULY 5 - THURSDAY 9:00 AM - We will be having a bottle drive to
collect all the July 4 empties. Meet at the High School at 9:00 a.m .
to participate. Bring trucks!
JULY 10 - TUESDAY 6:00 PM MEDWAY MIDDLE SCHOOL - We will be practicing
for the parade on July 14. Bring shirts (if you still have them),
instruments, lyres, and folios. I will be supplying any folios,
lyres, shirts, and music that you do not have. If you are learning a
second instrument over the summer, let's stick with your first
instrument for this parade. If you know a family member or friend who
is a Schenck Alumnus who might want to march with us, bring them
along. Again, I would like to stress that this is VISIBILITY so I
encourage you to be there!!!
JULY 12 - THURSDAY 8:00 AM TO 3 PM - Yardsale/bakesale at Schenck
High School. WE NEED DONATIONS OF ITEMS AND FOOD FOR THE BAKESALE.
Please let me know 1) if you have things to donate 2) if you or a
parent can work the yardsale 3) if you or a family member will be
bringing food. If you have "stuff" to donate, please call me and we
will get it picked up before the yardsale.
JULY 14 - SATURDAY 9:00 AM - Parade. Meet at the East Millinocket
Town Garage with instruments, music, and shirts. WEAR SUNSCREEN AND
SNEAKERS PLEASE!!
