European bucket

Hi

For an european bucket, for some reason it's files are accessible on
http://bucket.s3.amazonaws.com/file and not on http://s3.amazonaws.com/bucket/file
Is there an option to make Shrub take that into account?

I think I can use the http://bucket.s3.amazonaws.com/file syntax as
long as the bucket name is all lowercase with no special characters...
I think this restriction is enforced for european buckets but not
necessarily US ones. I think I do this in S3Hub... I'll try to get a
fix sometime this weekend.
