Notes from 3/13/2021 Domain Meeting
* All appropriate Discord, Facebook, and email permissions have been transferred over to Jake and Brian as DST and iDC respectively.

* The topic of a schedule for monthly domain meetings came up, with some people not being able to make the existing timeframe.  Possible solution... April's meeting will be on a Sunday.  May's meeting maybe a Friday evening?  TBD.

* Possible reevaluation of the VSS due to the change in active demographics.  DST is actively seeking any and all feedback on this.  Email, discord, voice chat... Please contact the DST if you have any suggestions or ideas, positive or negative.  Masquerade-2020 channel may be used as well for public discussion.

* DST is willing to run games under the existing VSS, but would also strongly consider having an ADST to help running the games until an election can be held for VST.  (Pending discussion on reworking the VSS.)

* Once we can start having live games again, we'll need to have a plan for physical sites.  (We already have 1 person offering their place in Maryland.)

* The replacement for the CRD to help with membership tracking, etc is still in testing right now but the DC is hoping it will be rolled out for general usage in the next 6 weeks.  This will make some aspects much easier to keep track of.

* ON CHARITIES - Here is a copy/paste from the most recently available NC report on charity activities right now.
**Volunteer: Any charity with a published wish list counts.
Now there are a variety of ways that you can give your time. You can host events to raise funds to donate to Make a Wish or purchase things on an orgs wish list. If you want more folks involved, host a drop-off site – solicit in kind donations and drop them off. Check to see if the npo lists activities on their wish list or if you make things to donate, we will take all those hours, too.
Examples: Donating Peanut Butter and then filling kongs for enrichment for puppies, making bedding from plastic bags, collecting and playing board games at senior citizen centers.
1 hour of time gets you 10 national prestige.
*If you are super fancy and donated the peanut butter in the above example you can add a bit of in-kind donation prestige to the mix.

In-Kind Donations: Any charity with a published wish list counts.
Find your favorite charity, pull out their wish list and go shopping. Now while you might want to channel your inner Marie Kondo and donate all the things that don’t bring you joy; we ask that you are mindful of your donations and donate items in new, unused or gently used condition.
Every $5 of goods donated gets you 1 point of national prestige.
 To claim your prestige:
Toss an email with what you accomplished, along with pictures, to your DC, Yours Truly (anc.c...@mindseyesociety.org) and aanc.c...@mindsociety.org   Please note if we are able to use the pictures on social media.**
