Live Game Announcement- July 2021

[Coordinator Shrouded Radiance]

Welcome everyone,

After a long, long hiatus, Shrouded Radiance MD-001-D will be having an in-person event (to get us back to our roots as a Live Action Roleplaying group of friends.)  Date/Time/Location at the end of this message.

But first...

As a reminder, the BoD has stated that live games can once again start at the discretion of the local officers, taking into account local safety guidance and the safety of the members in an area.

COVID-19 (and the recent variants) is still a thing that has to be considered in any gathering.  The last thing any of us want is for one of us to spread this virus, or really any virus or bug amongst the community.  So I will try to put this as clearly as I can.

**If you are not fully vaccinated, please stay home until you are.**

**If you are sick with anything, please stay home.**

**The health and safety of people is more important than pretend lives in a game.**

Now that that is out of the way, here are the details of the event.

Venue: Vampire the Masquerade

Date: July 31, 2021

Time: Check-in 1:30.

           Game on 2pm.  

           Game off 6pm.

Location: Jen K's house.

           13715 Patriot Way

           Hagerstown, MD 21740

Jen has said that she might throw open the grill for some post-game foodage, but would like to know about how many people would want to stay after game for such shenanigans.  So, if you're interested, please speak up.
