Hello everyone,
As our RC has stated, I volunteered to serve as interim Domain Coordinator for MD-001-D. I have been working with the previous officers to transfer all the appropriate stuff over and that should be completed tomorrow. That said, I'm going to keep this initial message short.
For those that don't know me, I am Brian, and I have been part of the Org off and on again since 1998. I've held positions up and down the structure in the past, but none of that really matters as much as the future.
I stepped up as interim DC because I know that we are going through a tough time and I want to do what I can to make sure we can get through to the other side. I will be honest outright with you. My professional workload picks up exponentially around the May/June timeframe, so one of my goals is to be able to train a replacement by then. (I love the fun club, but RL always has to take priority.)
That said...
1. I have responded to everyone that I saw in this account inbox who had outstanding issues. If I haven't responded to you, please ping me here again.
2. If you do send me something from here until the end of my term, my goal is to get back to you within 48 hours of your initial email. (I might need more time than that, but I'll try to make time-frames open and plainly stated.)
3. On volunteers... I am looking to awarding prestige and VIP to people, and the easiest way is to reward volunteers. I want to coach or mentor folks so this domain as a whole are able to hit the ground running if/when I need to step back again.
4. Specifically, I am looking for two people right now to serve as ADCs for various tasks.
