Game Reminder and Premise 2020/03/13

Good Morning,

  Game on after the Domain meeting tonight as you all should have seen!  I'd like to welcome everyone back to the Citadel after our brief respite.  For the moment it's a fairly free-wheeling place, and with apologies to Bravo network, characters welcome! 

A few reminders:

1) We are now formally in hard RP. Please have a sheet in the database, if you can't please reach out to me.  I'm not seeing any approvals pending at the moment, but in general if you are a low approval Clan/Bloodline, we ought to be able to rough out a sheet fairly quickly.  

2) Since hard RP only just started, and sheets only just went live in general, we are all just starting our 4-month free rewrite period, so don't sweat every dot, just try and make something playable enough.

3) Please send me privately where your character feeds in the city. Check out the following map to see the various options.  Feeding and territories are going to be an important backdrop.

GAME PREMISE:

March 2021

While the Anarch Authority over the nation's capital was a grand moral success, it has been a precarious venture. Gangs come and go, and when they go it is often suddenly and without explanation.  The longtime residents are never sure if the disappearances are just normal Anarch flakiness, if the gang may just be choosing not to participate in the social structures, or if the gang made a mistake and was destroyed by hunters. 

Periodic Salons at the sole remaining Elysium, the Hotel Omni, are about the only way to tell who is still active, and what territory each group claims.  There is one Tonight. Rebecca White, the Toreador Architect, is holding a Cherry Blossom Festival Party at the Elysium, come on, come all! The only capital crime (TM) agreed upon in the city under the last council was for anyone who causes the location of the Omni to be discovered by outsiders. Be warned.

Feeding is still harder than it should be, after the murders a couple months ago that included a police officer. While this has been kept out of the news, the unsolved crime has resulted in elevated patrols throughout the city. Feeding Requires a minimum of 2 downtimes between sessions, instead of 1.
