Apartment for rent -> point to mention in email group

Dear All,

I am Shrikant Swami. Owner of apartment B-107.

Thanks for adding me to these email groups. After subscribing to the same, I found that residents are heavily discussing day-to-day activities, maintenance issues etc.

Moving forward I want to suggest a point to mention in common meet ups is apartment for rent/ sale/ purchase.

This will avoid extra brokerage and the tenant which comes through reference is genuine. Can we have this point for further group meeting(s)? Or it it possible to put on a common notice board visible to all?

I am not sure about publishing the detail about my own apartment here, but

I am urgently looking for a suitable tenant for my apartment (as due to family reason I am not able to move to this apartment).

Details:-

1) 2-BHK

2) Kitchen furnishing will be done in couple of next days.

3) Preference given to family.
