NOTICE –2nd HALF YEARLY CAM CHARGES (MAY 15 – NOV 15)
Dear Residents (South Block),
We are extremely thankful to you all for extending your fullest support & co-operation during the first half of the extended period of maintenance (November 2014-April 2015). Now, as we are in the last phase of first half yearly maintenance, the management has decided to further extend the period of maintenance for the next phase commencing from May 2015 to October 2015, during which the formalities on incorporation of Association is also being initiated.
We are happy to inform that during the first half year of extended maintenance, the cost of expenditure was achieved well within the given budget only after combining/sharing South & West block common areas together.
However, it is important to note that there are still about 10% to 15% of the residents who are yet to pay their CAM charges (common area maintenance) for the first phase of extended period of maintenance, to whom we have communicated individually on levy of penalty for delayed payments through emails & also by displaying their names on the block notice boards which would continue till payment for the first phase is made.
It is necessary to understand that the common area operation & maintenance is being carried out from that of the amount collected from the residents and any delay would not only cause inconvenience but also embarrassment to you and your neighbours.
ALL THE RESIDENTS ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO ARRANGE PAYMENT TOWARDS CAM CHARGES FOR THE 2ND HALF YEARLY PERIOD FROM MAY 2015 TO OCTOBER 2015 AT THE EXISTING COST OF RS. 2/- PER SFT, THE DETAILS OF WHICH IS ALSO BEING DISPLAYED ON THE RESPECTIVE BLOCK NOTICE BOARDS FOR INFORMATION.
THE LAST DATE OF PAYMENT OF CAM CHARGES IS FIXED AS 31 MAY 2015 AND ANY DELAY WOULD ATTRACT LATE PAYMENT CHARGES, WHICH MAY PLEASE BE NOTED.
Cheques/DD may please be handed over at South Block Maintenance Office and NEFT transfers may be done on the below SPL account & confirm the same through email.
