to Shrinking Fibroids Naturally
I was diagnosed with fibroids several years ago and just in the past
year have been trying to deal/shrink them and have been making
progress but have not had a doctor appointment to confirm this, just
what I am feeling. I have spent a lot of time on the Internet using
Google Search. Fibroids are caused by being estrogen dominant along
with many of my other symptoms that I have. This is what has worked
for me.

Diet - This is the big one as I have seen the most effect and when I
am following the diet then my excess weight melts away and my fibroids
are quiet. Following the diet also benefits the other methods thereby
getting more bang for your efforts. For the fibroids, it is the
elimination of all phyto and xeno estrogens. The list is very long
and includes foods like chocolate, alfalfa sprouts, caffeine, many
spices, vegetable oils, BPA, most pharmaceutical drugs, fragrances,
parabens, red clover, soy, spermicides, etc.

Progesterone cream - have just finished the 3rd round of applying the
cream, actually an oil, and have to say that it has definitely made a
difference. Am going to try a month off as I don't like being tied to
applying a product that at times is hard for me to remember to do. I
use Progestelle from www.womhoo.com. Their webpages are very
informative.

Inositol - this is one of the natural ways that I have seen on the
web. Do a google search for inositol and fibroids if you want to
learn more. For me my nutritionists muscle tested me for the amount
as I was complaining about my hair being greasy lint feeling and that
I had lost over half of its length due to pulling it out. Well it is
one supplement that my body wanted a lot of.
