Well someone has to post the first message, so I thought I would share
the following note I sent to dad.....

Hi Dad,

Just a quick note to let you know that you are on my mind constantly
these days.

Lisa said that she called you today. You mean so much to her.

By the way, did I ever tell you how proud I am that my Dad married me
to Dora?

Ironic, how Mom thought I was ruining my life by getting married.

So often when dealing with people, I thing to myself, how would Dad
handle this situation, and have had much success over the years
applying your methods.

How I wish you had been able to stay living here in Monticello so we
could spend more time together over the years.

Remember the time you took me fishing in Naperville?

I hope all goes well Monday with your treatment and pray for success.
