Frequent Power supply Outages and Low Voltage problems in 'SREE MAANGAL PEARL', Thite Vasti-Kharadi

Subject: Regarding the frequent Power outages and Low Voltage in evening time (7 PM to 11 PM Approx) in our building 'SREE MAANGAL PEARL', Thite Vasti, Kharadi.

Respected sir,
As I mentioned in Subject line above, we, the members in said building facing this Power Outages problems since last 1 month. We formally give complaint to MSEB office in Kharadi. Couple of times, Electrician from MSEB visited our building and acknowledges the problems. But we still did not get the problems rectified. We are still facing this Power Outage issue frequently.
List of problems we are facing on day to day basis.

1) Frequent Power Outages without any intimation
2) Frequent Phase tripping- Out of 3-phases, 1 phase always trips-down. Our lift does not function due to this problem. We have to run the lift and water pumps on DG set. Due to this, Maintaining Cost of our building is very high.
3) Every day, between 7 PM to 11 PM, we do not get sufficient Power Supply (Low Voltage and Fluctuation in Supply). For this, 2/3 times, MSEB electrician visited our society. But the issue is still not resolved. During this time, Lift and Water Pumps run on DG set.

We have given complaints of all above issues to the nearest MSEB office in Kharadi and to the Call Center numbers. But these issues are still not resolved.

We are getting frustrated with all above issues.
So, we all members of 'SREE MAANGAL PEARL' herein request you to please urgently look into this and resolve these issues ASAP.

He has surrendered the transformer to MSEDCL which was for our society & we all have paid for it.

Can we have that transformer back in our society so that we don't get any voltage issues.
