Submission of Index II document

Dear All,

 

Today we had a small meeting and discussion on the topic of Property tax. Anna who is the new owner of commercial flat has shared some of his thoughts regarding property tax and looks like he is very sourceful person.

So he can help us and provide us the estimate amount we need to pay regarding for property tax with fine. He would require Index 2 document xerox copy to work with PCMC and calculate.

So I request all of the flat owners to provide the Index 2 doc to security so that I will collect from him and handover to Mr. Anna...

We are palnning to handover this document on 17th Dec'13 to him Anna.

 

Consider this very important and submit.

Can we also ask Anna to give yearly breakup for the property tax. Some of us have purchased the flat in resale and would like to ask the previous owner to take the liability of taxes till it was owned by them.
