Hi Benarjee,

As per our telephonic talk yesterday, please find the details of maintenance due till April 2013.

Due till December: 8500/-

April 2013: 6000/-

Total Due till April 2013 is 14500/-

Note, we had a talk with Sanjay (person you rented your flat previously), he said, he will pay the amount. Later on, he left the Flat, we still ask him for the amount. He said, he has given the amount to you.

So, please do the needful and pay the maintenance Due to you.

As discussed, could you please provide me the account details to transfer amount to it.

And also to what month the maintenance is paid already. As per my records my previous tenant (Sanjay) said on August'12 that he paid Rs 10,000 towards maintenance. Please let me know from society records.

10K which Sanjay had given might be the payment for Wall Compound and Electricity charges which we have to take from each flat owner.
