Dear Members,

Greetings from SMP!

Thank you for your email dated 03.03.12 regarding society handover.

We had informed you on 15.2.10 for handing over the society and we had sent a notice of information to all society members stating that the date for the society handover has been fixed for 08.04.10. However, the members did not attend the meeting on the scheduled date.

Subsequently, we had sent a second reminder on 10.4.10, mentioning 27/4/10 as the date for society handover. On the said date partial / maintenance society handover was taken by the society members.

Again, as per your request, we will get in touch with our society coordinator and get a date fixed for the society handover for the 3rd time. We will inform the members once the date is fixed. In the meantime, could you kindly confirm the names of the Society Office Bearers that you had given us earlier.
