As per telephonic coversation with Mr. Sharad Agrawal on 17th Mar'14 for the request of Society Handover.

We, residents of Shree Mangal Pearl, Kharadi, requesting to hadover society to us.

 

Request you to please register the society and get the process completed by 1st week of April. We request all mandatory formalities along with a meeting to be completed by 1st or 2nd Saturday of April (5th / 12th Apr).

 

Society Body will be as below

3) Mrs. Shirish Dharmik

4) Mohammad Zahid

5) Ganesh Jamdade

6) Vikas Panse

thanks for acknowledging the society handover request. Kindly note that today 22nd Mar'14, we have submitted a hard copy of email request at your Mangalwar office.

 

We will discuss amongst shree mangal pearl members and propose date and time which will fall between Tuesday and Friday.

As confirmed by Builder, we are required to communicate them a date which will fall between tuesday to Friday. This information is required to be communicated to them at least 1 week in advance. On safer side, we should communicate it 2 weeks in advance.

 

Need to know now what date we should communicate? I believe we should target 25th April. All body members are required to be available at builders office and it might take 3 to 4 hours to complete all formalities.

 

Please confirm on the date as soon as possible so that I can confirm the date to builder.

We, residents of Shree Magal Pearl request you to initiate process of Society registration  and formation.

We propose 24th Apr or 29th Apr dates for this process. Morning 11:00 would be preferred time on both days.
