Noise heard hammering sound

Lot of hammering noise heard from

 7 series do not know from which flat .  shouting  and hammer noise is disturbing and seriously any issue. 

Is there any problem ???

Sorry for the inconvenience it was from our flat  207 , bathroom door handle was  stuck with handle broken and locked while  guest inside....  

It is sorted now
