No water from over head tank

Dear association team  

It has been noticed from the past one  weeks that there is no water available from over head tank to both the wash room for flat 307 series .(  7 series )

( twice within this week)

It is really  frustrating since we shall be rushing to office at morning time at this hour  and there is no water available to use for our basic needs  and at the timely need .

As per the night  security doesnt know how to switch on the automatic switch .of the pump to refill the tank and to fill the tank it takes about 30 minutes.  Called nagendra multiple times says he is outside and  need to wait until nagendra comes at his own sweet time .Can anyone look if  there any real issue.

Since if there is no water the consequences we face is when we switch on the washing machine there is no water and the machine gets screwed up without water and also water heater without water gets  becomes damaged due to over heat and may blast  .

Why the automatic switch does not work and need to be done manually ?

If there is any issue kindly fix .

It is really concerning from the lethargic behaviors of security .

Becuse during morning hours we shall be rushing to school / colleges / office and if no water means it is  an serious issue .kindly note and fix the issue and does not repeat again and again ..

Hi All,

Association team has checked this issue with security nagendra today.

 Few observations are below:

1. Automatic water pump starter problem.

2. Vendor is called for checking..  until the problem is solved - manual Check will Continue.
