• Navigate to the section for booking services or contacting them. 
• Follow the instructions provided on the website to request the desired service. 

3. Through the Karnataka One Mobile App:

• Download and install the Karnataka One Mobile App.
• Open the app and navigate to the Jana Sevaka section.
