 Hi,GM  Apartment flat owners /Tenets.

Today's meeting should cover the following topics.

 
1) Why did Karthik refuse to discuss reducing our Bescom bill expense for providing quotation for the lift and common area lights with the solar installation crew?
2) How to repair the parking lot name plates belonging to the apartment owners
3) Putting up sign boards and speed breakers in the parking lot.
4) Adding suitable playthings to improve the kids' play area!
5) How can save the water waste and the BWSSB water bill be avoided? For every flat, we planned to install controlling valves with water meters!
6) For those who are unable to attend, online conferences with apartment owners and renters

7. Reconsidering the  reduction of the monthly maintenance charges and review the maintenance cost for  individual Flat per sq feet 😀

Meeting on 27th October 11 am was only focused on the Terrace Water proofing topic.
