NOC for moving IN & OUT (i.e. vacating & occupying) of our apartment

All,

Working committee members have decided to implement NOC (No Objection Certificate) for all residents (i.e. Tenants & Flat owners) while moving IN & OUT (i.e. vacating & occupying) of our apartment.

This will bring more control on collecting the maintenance / dues.

There are 3 different forms with Security, which needs to be filled and submitted to President / Secretary / Treasurer to get the NOC.

Application for NOC – to move in & out needs 7 days notice minimum.

1. Form A1 (NOC for Rent / Lease): Association will issue this form to the Flat owner based on his request for renting / leasing out once Form A2 is dully signed by tenant
2. Form A2 (Letter of Undertaking): Tenants / Flat owners who move in needs to sign this by accepting all the rules & regulations. This needs to be produced to Security so that respective tenants / flat owners will be allowed to bring in their belongings
   
3. Form A3 (NOC for moving out): Tenant / Flat owner to fill in this form and get clearance from President / Secretary / Treasurer on no dues & no objection. This needs to be produced to Security to move out.
