Shravanthi Pristine | Staff Salary Changes – Effective July 2025

Hi All,

Our staff members have requested a salary increase.

The core association team has agreed to raise their salaries by Rs. 500.

Details:

• Nagendra (Day Security): Rs. 14,500 → Rs. 15,000

• Anjappa (Night Security): Rs. 12,000 → Rs. 12,500

• Manjamma (Housekeeping): Rs. 8,500 → Rs. 9,000

• Manjulamma (Housekeeping): Rs. 8,500 → Rs. 9,000

This revision will be effective from July 2025.

Despite the increase in staff salaries and the recent hike in BWSSB/BESCOM bills, the core team has decided not to increase the Monthly Maintenance Payment. It will remain unchanged at Rs. 2,500.
