Wish to update that 

Yesterday afternoon I Noticed unattended two kids played in car parking area making round fast with scating and bicycle.unforunatly water cans  delivery guy or resident not sure came inside the apartment by two wheeler very fast( not only water can guy followed with other delivery guy also same speed) , I forced him to stop and come slow inside apartments.no speed breaker or sign board  fixed  in front of entrence or inside car park ,may be parents are  very busy in office / flats.  during that time.i instructed security make them to play in a safe zone .please take care of your kids and when they are playing outside flats ,keep an eye of them and follow our basic bylaws 7.30 am to 7.30 pm rules to keep peace  ?!
