Looking for US Bench Sales Recruiter’s

Job Location          Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
Experience             6 Months - 4 years
No of Positions       5

Bench Sales Recruiter:

Ø Need to market the Bench of skilled Technical Professional consultant’s.

Ø Must have knowledge on W2, Corp to Corp, 1099 (US tax terms) strong skills in searching social networking sites.

Ø Must have experience in negotiating & finalizing salary/rate with GCs, U.S. Citizens , H1B, EAD,TN permit holders, OPTs, EADs.

Ø Must have good network with Prime vendors and Implementation partners.

Ø Knowledge on H1 transfers would be really helpful.

Ø Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.

Ø Should have a zeal to learn & grow abiding with organizational objectives.
