Nov. 13 Puente Conference - UC Davis, Professionals Needed!

Good evening,

We are looking for 3 professionals to volunteer on a panel for 9th
graders at the Nov. 13th (Sat.) Puente Conference at UC Davis.
Preferrably, we'd like for participants to come from different
engineering backgrounds; volunteers will be asked to share their
experiences en route to their chose field (why they entered the field,
eductation/training required, and how their field provides a social
service). There time commitment for Saturday, Nov. 13th is from 10 AM
to 1 PM (two 1-hour sessions with a break in between). This is a
great outreach opportunity, especially if you haven't been able to
participate in chapter activities. Help us maintain SHPE's solid
reputation of supporting the Puente Conference!
