Our most active chapters are Sac State and UC Davis. How about 2 tix for Sac State and 2 for UC Davis and 3 for UOP. Maybe this will give them more exposure to the Professional chapter and encourage them to attend more events.
So again, here's the breakdown:
Sac State: 2
Davis: 2
UOP: 3
SF State: 3
Berkeley: 3
Stanford: 3

Follow-up questions:
1) Do we have a general section # that I can tell people where the SHPE
seats will be?
2) if you want a headcount this week, say we know 20 people want to attend
and buy the SHPE tickets. What amount will I tell each person to send in?
$49 or $59?
3) We may need to give you a rough # on Friday/Saturday and have the money
sent to you by Mon/Tues of the following week. We have a BBQ this Saturday
where we can further promote the event.

Hello Diana,
Some questions have come up:
1) Where are the seats located that we purchase directly from you? Will
it be a big blocked off section for SHPE ticket holders? When will we
have this information?
2) For the $4000 worth of tickets... how are we marketing these? Are we
collecting names from SHPE student members who want to go? Are
professionals eligible? Or are we marketing these to HS students, the
public, etc?

I was also thinking this:
What if we advertise a "drawing" on FB. That each of us posts
something to the effect of: "SHPE Sacramento will be having a drawing
for 5 FREE tickets to the SHPE at the Raiders Game Event - to be
eligible you must be add SHPE Sacramento as your friend. Drawing will
be Friday at 5:00pm. Students and Professionals eligible"
This will encourage friends on SHPE Sac FB page, most of the people
will be Sac State and UC Davis anyway, and those people can spread the
word to their own chapters.
But in order to come up w/ the Professional ticket, we may have to
sponsor one person's $59 ticket.
How does that sound?
