Hi guys,

I'd like to have Python 3 support in Shpaml. I think it would be quite easy. I sent a few pull requests on GitHub to fix relative imports, awaiting merge or comments. These fixes alone make Shpaml work on my system. Of course, to make it pass the tests and be sure that all functionality is available, a core developer will have to review the fixes. Then we could depend on Shpaml to work in our Python 3.3 projects.

Thanks,
Ram.

Thanks for your contributions Ram!

Shpaml now officially supports django 1.2 - 1.6, and python 2.6, 2.7, 3.2, and 3.3!

I've also added travis CI to the github repo to automatically run the unittests on each of those environments :)

Thanks again,
James

Wonderful James!

I've added classifiers to setup.py. These will make it show as supporting Python 3 on PyPI. (Important for people deciding whether to use the package, it changes the PyPI logo.) Since you already made a release, I believe you can go into PyPI and manually add those classifiers to the release. Or just make a new release.
