Docs (long overdue, but as promised)

Hi everyone,

As promised, here is the updated documentation for shpaml -- covering (hopefully) all of the newer additions and django support:

PS - I've also updated the django integration to support the upcoming v1.4 release. please let me know if you find bugs or regressions.

I've removed the old (now deprecated) method of using the loader from the documentation, but it should continue working. The new method works for django 1.2+ though, so it's safe for most to upgrade :)

Looks a little strange on iPhone after any bit of zooming (refer
attachment) and almost unreadable without zooming.
