QT Inspired Web Framework that uses SHPAML for templating

Hi Everyone,

   I've been working on a web development framework for a few years now that allows creating pages based on python objects, and is inspired by QT. I decided to use the excellent SHPAML language for the templating aspect of this framework, and it is now at a state where I feel other people can use and test it.
