The Religious needs/rights of Muslim women doctors

Please give me your corrections/suggestions/comments before I publish it or send to the BMA?

                THE RELIGIOUS NEEDS OF THE MUSLIM WOMAN DOCTOR IN HER MEDICAL PRACTICE
 
-To be allowed to wear her Hijab: covering the whole body/hairs and all the arms and forarms except the face and hands
  During her medical practice.
-To have facilities to do some or   the 5 daily prayers,with the provision of  washing facilities for ablution/wudu,where repeated hygienic  hand washing(and washing of other parts of the body) will be done
 -To be able to eat Halal meat and food.
  However in case of  any difficulty,one can eat fish or a vegeterian meal.
-To be able to see and examine  generally women patients (same sex)
-To work, if possible, in female wards(single sex)
-To be able to Fast  easily the month of Ramadan-
 -To be able to celebrate Eid-ul Fitr(feast)at end of Ramadan
 And the second  Eidul Adha(feast) at time of Hajj/pilgrimage.
-To be able to go to Pilgrimage at the  fixed annual time(annual leave)
-To be able to Breastfeed ,up to two years , her newborn child.
-To be able to be full time mother,looking after her child/children at home.
-To avoid been alone with a man(patient or staff)
-To avoid late night work or visiting late, some  patients at home
-To avoid signing the Cremation form of the dead  non Muslim patient:
  Cremation of the dead is prohibited in Islam.
-Not to be touched by a dog in her  medical practice..
-To be exampted (Conscience clause/religious right) from:
 *doing abortion
 *Prescribing:contraception and the Morning-after Pill to any unmarried girl or woman(or other contraceptions for the unmarried  boy/man)
 *taking any step which will end or shorten  the life of the patient(Euthanasia) like  the withdrawal of food and fluid from the patient
 *been Involved in egg donation or sperm donation or surrogacy or sterilisation for non medical reasons
 *doing  any sex change operation and most plastic surgery
 * for some Muslim women doctors: to have the right not to be involved in any organ transplantation or in vaccination,as vaccines have been found  to contain many forbidden(Haram) ingredients and some harmful chemicals
-Not to be  discriminated  against because of her religious beliefs or gender and to be treated equally when applying for a job.
HOWEVER, IN ANY EMERGENCY OR A LIFE SAVING SITUATION,THE PROTECTION OF THE LIFE OF THE PATIENT IS FIRST AND ABOVE ANY RELIGIOUS NEED OR RIGHT!
All Muslim doctors believe strongly in  putting THE BEST INTEREST OF THE PATIENT,first.
