TRUE DEATH IN ISLAM:

Dear learned colleagues,

AA

As far as we know in Islam :
                - True Death is when the SOUL leave the body
-True Death is when there are 7 signs in the body when true natural death did occur according to a Hadith
-True Death  is when there is no recovery from " brain stem death" and one is back to life?

IN BRAIN STEM DEATH  WHICH IS CONSIDERED TRUE DEATH IN ISLAM BY MUFTIS AND ULAMAS in some fatawas:
All the above 3 facts do not occur?
Can we still consider  islamically : Brain Stem death is TRUE DEATH  ?

I like to learn from my colleagues and hear their opinions as I have very little knowledge in this subject  and I am not a Mufti or qualified Ethicist!

Thank you

WS
