*Wrong interpretation of a Hadith?

A HUMBLE REQUEST TO MUFTIS AND ULAMAS:

I HUMBLY REQUEST TO   REVIEW THIS WRONG INTERPRETATION OF A HADITH???

Please see the first study up in the attachment and the second study below

I ADMIT: I AM NOT MUFTI OR SCHOLAR IN HADITH OR LINGUISTIC!

 

HADITH:

On the authority of Abdullah bin Masud, who said : the messenger of Allah, and he is the truthful, the believed narrated to us :

"Verily the creation of each one of you is brought together (jamae)in his mother's belly for forty days in the form of NUTFAH/drop, then he is  ALAQAH  for a like period, then a morsel of flesh/MUDGHAH for a like period, then there is sent to him the angel who blows the breath of life into him (ENSOULMENT)and who is commanded about four matters: to write down his means of livelihood, his life span, his actions, and whether happy or unhappy..."

 Another HADITH

THE HADITH/Saying of the final Prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him) IS:

 

"When 42 nights(6 weeks) have passed over the Nutfa(fertilised egg/Nutfah Amshajj),ALLAH sends an angel to it who shapes it(human) and makes its hearing(ears),vision(eyes),skin,muscles(flesh) and bones,then he says: O Lord is it male or female?and your Lord decides( sex/gender of the baby) what He wishes and the angel records it"

ANOTHER SCIENTIFIC MEDICAL ISLAMIC STUDIES(in Arabic):

Nutfah ALaqah Mudghah are all  in the first 40 days after fertlisation 

and not in 120 days as many Muftis/Ulama have said???

Wrong Arabic  interpretation: 40 days for Nutfah  40 days for Alaqah   40 days for Mudghah???

Right Arabic  interpretation: All: Nutfah   Alaqah  Mudghah are in the first 40 days

ENSOULMENT is just after that :42-45 days

It was presented  by an Iraqi doctor: Dr Abdel Qadir Al Obaidi(ALLAH BLESS HIM) In a recent Conference in IRAQ on IJAZ ELMY in the QUR'AN AND SUNNAH

CONFIRMING WHAT IT HAS BEEN SAID BEFORE BY MINORITY OF ULAMAS NUTFAH  ALAQAH AND MUDGHAH ARE IN THE FIRST 40 DAYS OF THE CREATION OF MAN AND NOT DURING 120 DAYS????

I HAVE BEEN SAYING THAT PERSONALLY  IN MY RADIOS AND TV SHOWS FOR  VERY LONG TIMES..Walhamdulillah and not accepting the wrong interpretation 

of a HADITH by our respected Muftis and Ulamas!

This new study encouraged me to express now  what I have been researching the evidences for what it came  in the new study!

وهناك أثباتات أخرى لهذه النتيجة

أحضرها انا من سنوات

NUTFAH: something very small ,unseen( sperm or egg)....It can not be  all during  40 days where the Embryo is more than  1 cm and easy to see.?

ALAQAH: to cling to get attached :IMPLANTATION in the womb

                Which Is from the 7th days-23 days  after fertilisation ...

                Also it will look like a LEECH

                It can not in the 40-80 days after fertilisation?

MUDGHAH: as the famous Embryologist Keith Moore said in his book  :

 Is in  about 26-27 days , as the Embryo looks like MUDGHAH( like chewed food by the teeth ) and surely  it can not be between 80-120 days???

ALL ARE IN THE FIRST 40-45  DAYS AFTER FERTILISATION

For reasons:

-Anatomical/SHAPE

-Physiological

-And from language point of view in Arabic 

وننبه ان معظم المفتين والعلماء وبعض الأطباء وللاسف اخطاءوا في تفسيرهم للحديت عن جمع الإنسان في ٤٠ يوم :نطفة علقة مضغة

وجعلوا ان مدة النطفة هي ٤٠ يوم

والعلقة ٤٠ يوم والمضغة ٤٠ يوم  وبعدها نفخ الروح؟؟؟

وهذا متناقض كليا:

لغويا

وفي تكوين الجنين علميا وطبيا(Embryology)

وفي فهم الأحاديث عن ٤٠ يوم الأولى

نحب ان نطلب من المفتين والعلماء والأطباء لو سمحوا لنا ان يراجعوا

فتواهم الخاطئة 

 ان الروح تاتي بعد ١٢٠ يوم؟؟؟

مما أدى إلى قتل عشرات الآلاف من الأجنة  بالاجهاض بحجة ان لا روح فيها قبل ١٢٠ يوم؟  

This wrong Fatwa led to the killing of tens of thousands of unborn children through ABORTION as they believed all babies before 120 days have no soul ???

لو فهمنا جمع الإنسان جيدا في ٤٠ يوم الأولى وجمعناها  وقارناها مع الأحاديث عن نفخ الروح لوجدنا أن نفخ الروح يتم في ٦-٧ الأسابيع الأولى

كما أعلن بعض المفتين في السابق وكما كتب الدكتور المرحوم علي مشعل في بحثه وكتابه سابقا

اني من سنوات طويلة اعد بحثا مفصلا طبيا وإسلامية حول ذلك.
