Cisco stopped Web Application Firewall (WAF) product Posted: 05 Aug 2010 10:28 PM PDT Full name of this product on Cisco.com is "Cisco ACE Web Application Firewall". WAF Icon, on Cisco.com I agree with Ivan's post, that development of this product in Cisco is not catching up to the market's need. It would not be very surprising that Cisco would stop this product in the end. Cisco WAF Photo, on Cisco.com In addition, stopping this product almost means Cisco would be out of WAF market from now! Unlike other End of Sales Announcements, Cisco does not provide migration options for customers. Product Migration Options There is no replacement available for the Cisco ACE Web Application Firewall at this time. I believe there should be something more about the story.
