Tryouts Round 2 Info!

Hello everyone!

Get ready for Round 2 of Showdown Tryouts!  We have 2 more fun-filled (read: hellish) days of ultimate planned for everyone!   Here is all the info you ever wanted about this weekend.

• Location:
  
• Tryouts will be held at the Holt Soccer Complex in Brenham, TX.  The fields are located at 2425 North Park Street Brenham, TX.  We will be on field #2, which is right behind the big soccer complex (field map: http://www.ci.brenham.tx.us/Parks/parksmap.pdf)
• Tryouts are from 11-5 Saturday and from 10-2 Sunday.  
• Please get there NO LATER THAN 10:45 to  ensure you are cleated and ready to go before 11 so we can start right at 11.
• What to bring:
• MONEY--please bring $15 to cover the cost of the fields, dinner Saturday and breakfast Sunday at the ranch
  
• red, white AND black jersey
• sunblock
• water (it's supposed to be around 100 degrees)
  
• lunch/snacks (we will break for ~30 min in the middle of tryouts)
• Sleeping bags/pads (not everyone will get a bed)
  
• Directions from fields to ranch house (see below)
  
• a winning attitude

• Directions from fields to ranch:
• Take 290 West towards Austin. Past Burton turn left (south) on Hwy. 237 to Round Top. At the square in Round Top take FM 1457 left toward Winedale. A couple of miles outside of Round Top turn left on FM 2714. Sheila’s Farm is about a mile up on the left, number 3250 FM 2714. Please make sure these directions are accessible as the ranch doesn't show up on most GPS/google map apps.
  
• Ranch festivities:
• Everyone is staying at the ranch Saturday night.  Food will already be there for dinner and breakfast.  Remember, if you don't cook you clean up :)  
  
• Games will be played, drinks and fun will be had.
