There appears to be a number of problems with unfair debt collection
practices. Debt collectors have been known to willfully use abusive debt
collectioin practices on people who are in debt and go beyond the bounds of
what is considered fair debt collection under The Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act. If you take a look at
