Using should_change macro with latest Shoulda produces:
DEPRECATION WARNING: You are using deprecated behavior which will be
removed from the next major or minor release. (called from
should_change at /home/user/workspace/project/vendor/plugins/shoulda/
lib/shoulda/macros.rb:40)
what is it supposed to be replaced with?
