Shoulda + RSpec + Rails2

I have a rails2 project currently using plain old test-unit and was
looking for move to shoulda + rspec. I've followed the README from
shoulda, and I get all kinds of errors. Can anyone point be to an
example project that's using should on top of rspec for a rails 2.3
app?
