Roadmap to 2.0

Fellows,

we have to create a roadmap to the version 2.0.

- solve (or close) pending issues

I think this issue is really serious. Despite being a relatively
limited situation, it simply breaks should-dsl completely. I'll open
another thread for this subject.

- fix the URL problem (or change the hosting)
Someone said at Stack Overflow that it is impossible to have an URL
like should-dsl.info hosted at appspot. If it's true, either we change
the host or we'll have www.should-dsl.info

- an overall review of the docs
I will do it. And I ask for someone else do it too.

- more matchers?
I have no ideas or needs for more matchers for now. Someone?

Someone can think on more items?
