Should-DSL website is up and runinng

Hi,

I have created some static content using sphinx and just released it
under Google App Engine: http://should-dsl.appspot.com/

The content is not final, I am just following the idea "relase early,
release often". Soon we will have a pretty domain name that probabily
will point to appspot.
Gustavo Rezende is working in the layout, and soon we will have some good look.

Please, change links to Google Groups at community page, they are now in .com.br domain, better if they would be in .com domain, so nobody will be confused with portugese lang.
