had a thought

Well count me crazy but I think I have come across a thought.. pretty crazy... I thought I had a kid, who flaked out... he would have been my first kid... but sitting here i thought that what I am trying to do is show people what they can get from the Marine Corps... Fuck that... I want to start finding out what THEY can do for the Marine Corps... what can they offer... sure do the whole benefit tags and all the other hoopla... but stop the desperation... the annoying calls everyone says to make... if the kid wants to... make him want to... but make it look like it is the hardest thing for you to let him do it... I'm giving this attitude a try for the next 2 weeks and will keep you all informed about my succes or failure... and everything does happen for a reason... thats why I lost my kid...

honestly i think that's a good idea K,

i think i'll give it a try too.  hell what have i got to lose right?  i'm barely working on one kid and he's starting to dodge me right now, so what tha hell.

I've been using a version of this method,, I tell the kid it's a double
interview when I set the appt. He is interviewing me to see if the Corpse is
something he wants to do and that I am interviewing him to see if he has
what it takes to join my beloved gun club.
