        At least all of you get off early! We made Mission last month and I wrote a few and still in the Office until 2200 or later. The CO has been camping in our office but not because were not making Mission! One of the Guy's from our class group 7 that is "was" @ the same ROSS as me quit the other day for the second time. He said he can't handle it. I'm telling all of you you don't have it as bad. Me and Ole boy rolled 3 bones last month and we get yelled at every day. We tell the RI but they ain't going to do shit. Sorry I've been so quiet, but like everyone, hours
have been long. I'm in the same boat as Kleveta
having two Recruiters working one area. It wouldn't
be as bad if they'd take him off the bag during my par
month. We've been more or less working together and
we have 4 NWA's so we'll see. We figured we'll split
them. The only thing that I really like is that I'm
at a PCS so what I do doesn't really go through
anyone. I'm working 3 counties so you know I have a
whole lot of drive time. Oh well. We've got one
going up next week for sure. His ass is moto but the
only concern is that he scored a 10 on the last ASVAB
he took. I EST'd him at a 37 so we'll see if that
damn test even works. From what I've seen I think the
EST sucks. Hell if a kid scores low like a 15 on the
EST I'd work him a little if he's ready to go. I
don't know what your experiances have been. Anyhow,
talk to you all later. B

I feel yall,,,, you know the first SgtsMaj of the Corps weren't even h.s.
grads!!!! I finally got my cherry popped today. Listenin to Fitz and
Charlie.. I'm kinda glad I'm in the farthest station from HQ (3 1/2 hrs
from the RS and 4hrs away from meps) drive time sucks and my mkt aint the
best but I've seen my CO SgtMaj and RI's once so silver lining ya'll still
would be nice to have my QMA in a couple of schools not spread out over 27
I'm lucky to hit my pri 1,2,3 schools once a month. I drove a hour and a
half for an appt... the kid est'd a 8 boom about 4hrs gone. Fitzy got a shot
here for ya bubba. Fitz did you have your Ops guys pull from the other
districts I did it for a UZ program because we had none and voila...actually
think I got it from the 1st Dist. I miss you guys.... hey BUBBLESSSSS

yeah man  been hitting the gym every night.  tired but still hitting it hard. getting bigger but i dont know if thats a good thing or not. the kids seem to be a little scared of me. the asst. RI was going to pull one from sacremento. but couldnt get a hold of my kid. one tip ive learned is ask them when you screen what the highest math they have taken. if they are taking what the call intergrated math out here, i wont even bother. and if they just took geometry then i know the kid will probable get like a 31 or 32 on the est. it seems that all the kids that want to be marines are the rocks or have a geds and thats it. we have been trying something different too. they want us to set 4 appts on mon and tues and 3 on wed. then we prospect on thur fri and sat. i let yall know how it works. hey dickdorf where are u. aint heard from you in a while. bubblessss..... fitzy(need lots of shots)

Hey, charlie, I work out almost every day, sounds like your schedule is a
lot like mine. I went out spent about 400 dollars total. and got an
elliptical machine for cardio, 265lbs of olympic weights and a nice bench. I
get up at 6 bust it for an hour or so(I can't hang with the 2hr fitzy
wkouts) it's working all right,,, or I've also lifted at my high schools.

I don't know about everyone else, but it doesn't matter how high of math my kids take.  I had an Advance Placement kid fail the Est, found out they even failed the ASVAB.  Turns out when I saw her again, she didn't even know what test she took.  another thing too is that the kids in VT and NH, are allowed to use a calculator since 8th grade.  So when they sit and do the math they have no idea what multiplication is with out a button to push.

ha ha, Fitzy it only takes 30 for a successful tour.. start giving your

luck all the pss and all that shit... If PSS was that good why do we work
the volume? Because your contacting enough kids so that you'll eventually
become lucky enough to get one. Chalie I feel ya on the whole boss issue. I
gave a kid until sunday to think about it.... The kid was honest with me the
whole int, I asked him for a solid number when he can give me a solid
answer.. my NCOIC blew his top. Yet I'm the only one in the station that has
contracted anything yet. Yall, my money so far is PPC's and Asvab list I
beat up the, vo-tech, military, and undecided's first, anyone else got
anytrick's?

Up here in Vermont, TC, TC, and more TC...  there is no thing called Office Traffick, AC is what we do in between TC's.  everyone still here is DQ'ed, or won't ever show up...  I have had one good lead from a PPC, but not workable cause he was a sophmore... when I have tried to home visit, it turns out they are in an apartment complex, hence not enough info...  So go figure the one who failed TC's is doing what?  TCing my ass off...  my list are running short and getting scrubbed, even if they don't have interest, PAC them out...  Call call call, scrub scrub scrub... and when you are done... do it some more... finally got a live one today... hoping to send him tuesday when MEPS opens and get my first bone before SSgt Pianka (my shadow from group 7)...

Sit in the schools Kleveta, sit in the schools. I've
learned that in my area they say tc but it's a waste
of time. I call all the grads in the morning and I
don't get shit. I mite call for an hour now and I'm
gone. Schools, that's the money. I've got two
rolling, think it's from tc, nope ac schools,
definately if you have a large area. You have got to
go and sit with these kids. Brake off of the guy your
replacing and go out on your own. Also, probe the guy
your replacing for info on the contacts in the school
that he has made, and brake it down, so as soon as you
get in the school you know who you are looking for
(guildance, and don't caugh on them) JJ. Anyway, if
you are going into an area that a person is not/is
getting let go then the stratagey that person used
didn't work. Change it! Use your POV if you have too,
or share the gov. I've already noticed in the past
month that I will have a differant aproach. I have 2
and a p, him 0, so what does that tell you. Do what
you think you should do if there is a problem. Of
course it is about contracts, so if what you are doing
does'nt work for him, then "fuck the norm." Schools,
Schools, Schools! I think I'm going to rule out TC in
the morning and go strait to the schools and TC in the
evening, if I have time. Follow up, damned if I
didn't, do the list thing, if Dad says call back at
??? call them the fuck back. That is improving for me
now, maybe dif for you, never know until you try.
Sorry guys, I'm just letting you all know what I've
begun to learn. Let me know if this makes any since.
