Hope everyone enjoyed this one month break as much as I did, JK. Shake off the rust and come out a little earlier if you have to so you can stretch. Wear BLACK, but please bring a WHITE or GREY shirt also. Never know what the other teams are thinking. 8PM GAME at CHANTILLY HS turf fields which is off stringfellow road and rte 50 for those that don't know. We will be playing Madness and if we win we would have a game at 10PM. Roll call if your IN or OUT?!?!

Sorry folks but this is the last email before tonight's game. We will be tweaking the defense a bit to offset the speed and shiftiness of the QB. We will start with Jim and Rose as rush and your goal is to stay in front. Do not over pursue during the rush just keep him in front and watch for the pump fakes, just play his hips we actually want him throwing but with pressure in his face. Jason or whomever else that has speed might be rushing him as well. I will have Toney go over some of the tweaks once we are all there but if we play together and stay disciplined throughout we should be hoisting another CHIP. Just making sure I set the expectations that there will be some movement if needed on both sides of the ball. Lets do work dress warm and lets have fun. Lets go SHO and of course the COWBOYS!
