Issue with test dataset

Hello,

 

I’m having an issue with generating the expected results from the data provided in the “example” directory ShortBRED download.

 

The scripts run great and I’m not getting any errors, yet my results file doesn’t match the results from the online tutorial. For example, I’m getting 0 hits for each protein family, whereas the tutorial indicates that there should be one hit to the NP_753952 protein family. Additionally, the final column of the file (for total marker length) doesn’t match between my file and the results posted online: my first three families have lengths of 101, 300, and 265 respectively.

 

I’m not sure what could explain my inability to replicate the example data results, do you have any insights? Is it an issue with the version of the dependencies I’m using?
