Alright fellas,

    marcus' mother basically was fed up and found away to get dan and all there security deposits back because they were informed of the charges after 21 days. We were informed June 20th and I turned in the keys May 17th, thus being greater than the 30 days. So Mrs. Marcus wrote an extremely thorough and professional letter and we need to do the same, Basically just sub out our names and maybe change the language a bit. Tim, I know you did way more than you had to all year and especially with campus hill but I feel as though you are salivating and would be the best would to maybe have the final say on this. You have all of the correspondence emails between your self and the campus hill staff and write the most to the point about all this. In my opinion, I think we should highlight the fact it was after 21 days so that's the legal side right there, their complete lack of communication when we asked about the final charges (tims email), our constant harassment in the form of them entering our private home with virtually no heads up and how ridiculously often it was, and the quarterly inspection which was found to be both negligent and false (being charged 125 but actually owing 41 I believe.) The fact that campus hill was going to be renovating everything anyways was a big point in mrs. Marcus' letter and a very strong one. They do not want to go to court and I think we can get our money back also. I think we should do this by Thursday because we were supposed to have paid in 30 days (by July 19)  and send a copy via email and post such as the marcus' did. For attachments I think tims emails are pertinent. Sorry Pat and Liam that you're seeing this shit just the easiest way to contact everyone. Okay so yeah we have the template and know they don't want to go to court we basically just have to do one of these ourselves. Think we should just reply on here so we are all on the same page. JT, did you ever even get charged? Because our final charges were 196.20 I think you're guys said 230sum maybe because you hadn't paid the previous 40? just guessing. 196.20 times 5 is 981 so we can go with that figure for our letter. I have my bill set to get paid thursday so I will cancel it but we have to follow through with this aspect because if we are sent to collections it seriously fucks your credit score which might not mean much to you now but it's huge in terms of interest rates on cards, ability to receive a loan etc etc. Alrighty I'm a fairly terrible direct writer like this type of thing requires so I just wanted to get the ball rolling hopefully we can collaborate and  have this set by tonight or tomorrow night willing to help in any way. Besides printing and sending the letter because momma meashaw hasn't refreshed the printers toner (bull shit).

Sorry to burst ur bubble but we don't qualify for the 21 days. We were billed 13 days after the legal lease was signed to be terminated, june 7th. Even though we left early, the law takes the agreed date on lease is the determing factor. Dan and them were kicked out right after graduation...

I've been back and forth with them and am fed up with it. I don't see anything more I can argue with them about and just want it over... its fucking bullshit but dans mom killed it in the letter.

Its only a semesters worth of cans, anyway. And fuck u Liam, pat, and pledge eternal- the shore shacks already being called the embassy again. Fuck that philthy noise.

Alright that's what I thought well I thought it ended June 1st and they conveniently told us 20 days later but I didn't realize they were booted out. Dang though I was all juiced up to go here. Pat, I'm calling you Pat or Patrick because it's more professional and adult like as I am currently transitioning into that phase of my life.
