These charges are absurd. We have talked about the senseless "blind replacements" where the repair man would come in unannounced and replace unnecessary blinds. Also the carpet cleaning then replacing seems redundant doesn't it? We were told by the manager that painting was free. We fixed every hole in the wall no matter the size.  My security deposit is supposed to cover the rest, if any, of the damages. Please look into this further and fairly. As we both know Campus living is already a rip-off.

Mine says 196 that just shows they have no clue about these charges since we all have different. We should look at the lease and see about carpets because I saw nothing more than normal wear and tear. Love the unclogging fee and mini blind replacement they're making things up.

I had multiple carpet cleaning fees and by my calculations the cleaning was well over 700 dollars which I just flat out don't comprehend the math of it. Was each room 200 dollars to clean? Remember on the sheet even HEAVY cleaning was like 70 bones a person.

Nvm the carpet cleaning totals 1350 total. Again, a very round number for so many individual charges (like the quarterly charges that all happened to round to something similar) I'm livid. I wish we had taken pictures. Tim/phil was campushill this bad last year?

Haven't paid and if need be I would go down to literally talk to them because I feel like they are more likely to bend in person rather than over emails and what not. that's a substantial amount of money roughly 2800 and things just aren't adding up in terms of what they did being cost equivalent. They didn't charge us for all the garbage which got torn apart by bums so there's a silver lining I spose

Classic fucking campus hill. In all seriousness though, we have basically no grounds to take them to court. Everything we were charged is legally acceptable and is in the contract we signed. They are also a large corporation outside of syracuse so if we do threaten let's get some info first so we know we have a leg to stand on as the kids say. Honestly if we don't pay it like will they actually pay a collection company to come after us? Doubtful. That could be an option just say fuck you and don't pay. I asked steph what campus hill charged them and they gave them back 5 bucks and the place was gorgeous. I'm pissed this is a weeks pay down at the old potsdam dept of public works for me and they will likely have to come pry it from me. I think it'll hurt our credit score though so I honestly don't know. If you call first timothy, get the scoop, then we all start harassing them I think theylly knock it down just so we stop.
