[shore-mt] Updated releases available for Shore-MT and the Shore Kits

Hi all,

We have just released a small update to Shore-MT and the Shore Kits
distributions, available from the Shore-MT Web Site.

Changelist:

Shore-MT

* Fixed a log undo error due page marks not checking for the undo
operating mode
* Fixed an assertion failure due to page cleaners setting an invalid
rec_lsn
* Log now uses ringbuf_log::floor2/ceil2 as intended (instead of
libc floor/ceil)

Shore Kits

* Clients now pause during checkpoints (reduces checkpoint duration
in disk-bound systems)
